职责描述：

key responsibilities:

- create various project reports according to field pm’s request and assure the accuracy compliance

- use internal project management tools/systems to deal with finance， resource， schedule， risk/issue and document management

- deal with daily issue of departments with high efficiency

- organize team building， team meetings and maintain office facilities

- edit and maintain internal website， update and maintain project material and process documents

- deeply understand company policies related to expenses， finances and other

experience and qualifications required:

-bachelor degree and above， preferably with finance or english major

- cet4 and above， fluent skill in chinese and english speaking and writing， preferably with bec medium and above

- excellent skill in office softwares

- strong “can do” attitude with a strong desire to make things happen， strong communication and organizational skills

-prefer to have related working experience

- 根据服务交付经理及项目经理的要求完成项目报告，保证数据准确一致

- 使用内部项目管理工具/系统处理财务、资源、风险及文档管理

- 处理部门日常工作，高效完成指定事务

- 组织部门相关团体活动，筹备日常会议，协调办公设施等

- 内部网页编辑和维护，办公资料和流程文档更新和维护

- 熟练掌握部门相关人事财务出差报销等相关政策

职责描述：

1. main responsibilities

prime responsible for payroll data maintenance， including compensation， benefits， leave， time reporting， etc;

contribute to other payroll related activities， e.g. bank payment， payroll posting accounting， tax filing， sox control execution， data audit， etc;

act as contact center tier two agent to take care of enquires on payroll related issues raised by employees / counterparts;

act as the interface towards 3rd party labor agencies and insurance company based on operational needs;

regularly prepare the workforce statistics to the hr community.
