the successful candidate will be a key member of maintenance service production engineer supporting product maintenance service， production and warehouse management at breas medical’s new facility in shanghai， china. as one key team member for maintenance service production， the successful candidate must be able to work closely with initiative team for new facility， drive action items， prioritize work based upon need and resources available， and communicate actions effectively across different functions.

职责responsibilities:

主导售后维修服务:与销售团队密切合作，为breas 中国全系在售机器提供及时高效的售后服务。

lead maintenance service work closely with sales team to provide timely and efficient after-sales service for the entire range of machines in breas china.

仓储/物料管理:协助物料可视化管理;收货，配合qa做来料检验，入库，以及生产物料管理，以及基于订单的生产计划的制定。

warehousing management: assist material visualization management， goods receiving， work closely with qa for incoming inspection， warehousing， and production material management， as well as the production plan based on orders.

生产支持:支持量产前的产品验证(vv)，及小批量产生活动;如:产品组装，测试，标签打印等。

production support: support product verification (vv) and small batch production activities before the product is officially mass-produced.

持续改进:运用精益生产知识与方法不断改善产品良率，提高生产效率。

continuous improvement: continuously improve product yield and increase production efficiency by using lean knowledge and methods.

文件支持及维护:支持breas 中国生产文件管理，如作业指导，生产记录等文件的维护。

要求requirements:

本科，机械/电子/工业工程等专业，1~3年相关工作经验。优秀的本科应届生亦可。

适配人群	售后维修主管，电子维修工程师，硬件故障分析员	使用场景	客户质量投诉，现场故障分析，PCBA维修
设立背景	公司售后问题越来越多，客户老打电话来催，得有人专门盯着修和分析。
核心职能	修坏掉的电子产品，查为啥坏，带着人一起干，保证客户不生气。
工作内容	接客户电话、跑现场看问题、拆板子找毛病、安排人修、写简单分析报告。
协作关系	跟客服对接收问题，向苏州区域经理汇报，和产线技术员一起查原因，偶尔找采购问零件。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验;

2、有电子专业基础，懂基本原理图，有pcba维修经验;

3、有pcb板厂工作经验;

4、能独立维修产品，沟通能力强;

5、能初步分析现场不良品的故障原因。

岗位职责：

1、独立处理客户突发质量问题，需要现场协调分析和跟进，直到问题解决;

• responsible for performing the assigned mechanical works according to works order， mtu standards and good engineering practice， and to assist in handling the workshop activities

key accountabilities 主要职责:

• carry out the assigned work independently on off-highway products at sites and in the workshops

• perform servicing and function tests on the off-highway products and carry out repair， maintenance， and adjustment as required. conduct acceptance test upon completion of work

• lead a team on repair / assembly job of w5 maintenance or higher of off-highway products either in-house or at field service as required

• check installation of off-highway products， setting to work and commissioning of off-highway products together with customers or customer representatives

适配人群	后勤保障主管，动力系统工程师，校园设施经理	使用场景	校区基建移交，日常设备维保，突发故障抢修
设立背景	学校水电通讯这些设备老出问题，得有人专门管修。不然停水停电影响上课吃饭，师生都着急。
核心职能	管全校水电气和通讯设备的修和养。抢修要快，保养要勤，不能让设备趴窝。
工作内容	查高配值班、盯水箱清洁、做维修计划、收安装图、写总结、培训员工、发停水停电通知。
协作关系	跟高配值班员天天碰面，向经理汇报，和供水供电通讯部门常联系，还要对接建楼移交小组。

校区动力通讯维修服务部主任岗位职责

1、熟悉校区供水、供电、消防、通讯等设备的性能和使用状况。负责校区用水用电、通讯等设备的维修、抢修组织工作。

2、组织有关人员参加校区内各新造建筑物的移交工作，严把质量关，确保设备完好率100%。验收完毕后，及时向有关部门索取水电、通讯安装分布图，以备查用。

3、全面负责供水、供电、通讯、消防等设备的日常维修保养工作。制订检查、维修、保养计划，使设备始终处于良好状态。实行24小时维修工作制。

4、负责供水、供电、消防、通讯等设备抢修的组织监督工作，严把质量关，杜绝任何隐患。

5、制订供水、供电、消防、通讯等设备的操作规程及维修保养规程，对各类有关资料进行整理、统计、归档，以备查用。

6、负责对操作人员、技术人员和维修人员的业务技术进行定期的培训和考核，不断提高本部门员工的业务水平。

7、督导本部门员工严格按操作流程和服务标准开展工作。

8、每日检查高配值班员的工作情况，确保学校水电、通讯正常运转。

9、停水停电应预先通知，以便师生做好安排。

10、确保水池、水箱的清洁卫生，防止二次污染。

11、与供电、供水、通讯等有关政府行政部门经常沟通联系。
