as a manager / senior manager, you will be primarily responsible for developing new business, leading and delivering large, strategic client engagements and serving as trust advisor to clients in your areas of subject matter expertise. you’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of the benefits business.
duties and responsibilities
•achieve business success and contribute to profitable growth
•primary accountability for executing a business strategy to penetrate the local and regional market and introduce new clients to the firm in order to meet annual revenue goal
•identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services
•coordinate with existing sales and client relationship management teams to identify, develop and close sales opportunities
•build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts
•serve as the benefits strategist on projects, ensuring that benefits strategy aligns with overall human capital strategy
•contribute to the development of new tools and approaches to retirementstrategy and management
•act as a mentor and role modelfor consultants and associates and assist with or provide leadership
职位要求:
qualifications
•experience and success in the design and management of benefits solutions (ideally gained in a consulting environment)
•proven ability to generate sales revenue
•proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
•well-developed written and oral communication skills to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
•account management experience is required
•broader hr knowledge, especially cb experience is preferred
•advanced degree preferred significant progress toward asa and/or ea credentials (or local country equivalent) is preferred; fsa, cera cfa credentials (or local country equivalent) are encouraged and a major advantage
•bachelor degree or above from reputable universities
•fluent in english communication

拉新客户、做战略项目、给客户讲福利方案、带团队出主意。
盯销售目标、找新客户、推新产品、和销售团队一起跟单、写方案、带新人。
和销售团队、客户经理天天碰,向总监汇报,帮顾问和助理成长,有时找hr同事帮忙。
2024年7月起用,由hrbp维护,业务方向变了就改。
