协作关系	跟各部门同事一起理流程，向流程主管汇报，配合it做流程上线，帮业务部门改流程。

任职资格：

1.3年以上流程及项目管理相关工作经验;

2.熟悉制造型企业相关流程(isc/ltc/ipd中任意一个);

3.精通流程绘制，熟练操作office办公软件;

4.有经营思维，能适应快节奏工作;

5.很强的自我约束力和承受压力的能力;

6.积极进取，具有严谨的工作态度及良好的团队合作精神。

适配人群	工艺工程师，制程改善工程师，维修技术主管	使用场景	新品导入，维修产线建设，失效分析支持
设立背景	新产线要建，老产线要优化，修机流程得有人管。
核心职能	搭维修线流程，写作业指导书，定标准工时，推spc管控。
工作内容	画修机流程图，做工厂布局图，写报告，培训修机员，盯wip和修机周期。
协作关系	跟npi/tpi项目组一起干，向制造经理汇报，配合质量、设备、生产同事，常开会碰问题。

职责描述：

purpose of the position：

the process engineer is responsible for introducing and implementing new products processes， and continuously improving the processes.

main role and responsibilities：

1、define and set up repair lines process in npi/tpi projects.

2、introduce or create work instruction and train path for repair operator to guide them working correctly and efficiently.

3、prepare documentations and reference reports such as factory layout， repair flow chart， proposal... etc.

4、standardize operation standard time.

5、set up spc in repair lines.

6、involved in pre-series failure analysis， provide repair line knowledge to improve quality.

7、continuously look for ways to improve the repair line process to lower wip and shorten repair cycle time

8、trace new industrial engineering technologies and processes proactively， introduce and cultivate modern manufacturing concepts throughout rc with daily practice， training and knowledge sharing.

9、help repair line to build up multi-skill in operation process.

knowledge and qualifications：

1、university degree in relevant subjects (such as industry engineering mechanical engineering， electronic engineering， automation engineering etc.)

2、fundamental knowledge and skill on management and cost accounting of product， process， productivity.

3、2 or 3 years working experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.

4、good knowledge of ericsson products and processes is preferred

5、good at written and oral english.

6、good ms office skills.

7、good interpersonal skill.

8、team-work spirit and self-motivated ability.

设立背景	公司要保证供应商能顺利量产，得有人提前把关设计和工艺
核心职能	看设计图纸能不能量产，盯供应商能不能按要求做出来，分五个方向管材料和组装
工作内容	看设计师图纸提建议，检查供应商生产准备，确认质量能不能达标，跑塑料/组装件/低压/pcba/线缆线束这五块
协作关系	跟设计师一起改图，向采购经理汇报，和供应商现场对接，配合质量部查问题，和工艺部同步标准
