岗位职责：
1. 负责中石油党建信息化项目需求调研和需求分析;
2. 负责解决方案和汇报材料的编写;
3. 与开发团队密切协作，把控需求，控制变更，协调进度。
任职资格：
1. 具备5年以上软件行业工作经验， 2年以上需求分析和功能设计的工作经验，从事过开发岗位，了解开发过程，从事过需求分析岗位，具备需求文档写作能力，具备功能设计能力，能将需求转化为系统功能，能与开发人员顺畅沟通。
2. 对需求工程有全面理解，熟悉常见的需求管理工具，熟悉ooa理论，熟悉uml建模等建模方法;
3. 熟练使用visio、rose等工具进行建模，熟练使用power designer、erwin等工具设计数据库，熟悉使用axure等工具快速搭建原型;
4. 优秀的理解、沟通能力，出色的口头表达能力和书面表达能力;
5. 有较强的抗压能力和学习能力;
6. 有软件开发经验优先。

job requirement
1， 8 years working experience in auto industry.
2， 5 years working experience as business analysis， including package implementation or csd project. prefer to have working experience in agile devops enabled projects.
3， familiar with sales/marketing/service business domain. good experience with one of following business in auto. wholesale， retail ， parts management， services management or rental business in automotive.
4， fluent english speaking， ability to conduct workshop in english.
5， 有主机厂，整车相关行业相关经验，熟悉经销商业务
6， ba能力，有较强的需求分析，软件功能设计能力
