任职资格：

1.大专以上学历，临床医学内科或重症医学专业，有执业医师证;

icu医生岗位职责：icu护士长

适配人群	ICU护士长，重症专科护士，护理管理岗	使用场景	重症监护，手术衔接，危重抢救
设立背景	icu和住院部护理要有人管
核心职能	管整个icu和住院部的护理工作
工作内容	盯护理质量、排班、培训护士、查设备、处理突发状况
协作关系	向首席护理官汇报，跟其他护士长一起招人培训，配合医生和行政人员

工作职责：

1、responsible for the whole routine nursing works in inpatient icu，and report to cno;

2、follow up and supervise all inpatient icu department works and assist the basic nursing work to ensure the quality of nursing care in inpatient icu;

3、participate in every phase of administration in inpatient icu and nursing department， take charge of the hiring、 training、assessment 、practice/training 、nursing education and scheduling about whole nurses in inpatient icu department with cno and other head nurses;

4、establish and improve standards and relevant policies of care in inpatient icu with other collegues， and put it into practice properly to improve the quality of nursing work;

5、make plans to comply with the needs of inpatient icu and make contributions to the department growth;

6、maintain instrument and medical equipment functioning and ensure all nurses in inpatient icu department implement safety practice on each nursing work， and have quick and efficient response to unusual issues;

7、be ready for inpatient care and ensure inpatient icu is well prepared for patients at any time to ensure the carrying out of the operations;

8、lead nurses to meet the reasonable requirements of patients and their families as far as possible and ensure that the inpatient icu department can be recognized by hospitalized patients;

9、complete other tasks assigned by the cno.

job qualification/任职资格:

1、bachelor degree or above in nursing or management field， licensing needed -- registered nurse in china;

2、more than 10 years inpatient icu experience，and more than 5years inpatient icu management experience ，work in a third-grade comprehensive hospital/work aboard;

3、have skilled inpatient icu knowledge and other professional knowledge， familiar with the hospital process and other related business;

4、strong communication and coordination skills， organization and leadership skills， comprehensive analysis and judgment and communication skills;

5、with application knowledge of computers and other office equipment;

6、understand inpatient icu english professional knowledge， have good english listening， speaking， reading and writing ability;

icu医生岗位职责：icu护士

适配人群	执业护士，专科护士，急诊护士	使用场景	儿科诊疗，急诊抢救，手术配合
设立背景	诊所要照顾生病的小孩和急症病人，得有人专门管打针吃药和设备保养。
核心职能	给病人输液用药，保养医疗设备，解释检查事项，做消毒隔离工作。
工作内容	按医生写的单子打针发药，擦机器、清器械、理耗材，告诉病人检查咋做，处理用过的医疗垃圾。
协作关系	听医生安排，跟前台交接病人信息，帮检验科送标本，和保洁阿姨一起做消杀，向护士长汇报问题。

护士(儿科、全科、急诊手术室 icu ) 1 、对根据医嘱进行输液、用药;

2 、负责常规和设备、器械、物品的维护、保养工作，保证备用状态;

3 、在进行各项检查前，向客人正确解释检查的目的和注意事项，指导客人正确进行检查;

4 、掌握诊所感染管理及常用消毒隔离知识，对医疗用品正确使用及处理;

设立背景	icu病人多病情重，得有人统一管医疗教学科研和日常事。
核心职能	管icu所有事，救重症病人，带团队，抓质量，建制度。
工作内容	交班开会、处理突发问题、搞培训、推新技术、查安全质量、会诊病人、写流程。
协作关系	跟医院院长汇报，和医务科、护理部、各临床科室一起干活，带icu医生护士。

岗位职责：

1.全面负责icu的医疗、教学、科研、人才培养及日常行政管理;

2.主持病房交班，及时解决医疗工作中发生的重大问题;

3.建立科室培训体系，组织督促科室成员开展新技术、新疗法的学习、研究和应用;

4.严抓科室医疗安全和医疗质量;

5.进行icu患者救治及其他重症的会诊;

6.负责科室内工作制度、流程建立。

岗位要求：

1.本科及以上学历，副高及以上职称;

2.重症医学专业或内科专业出身，具备优秀的重症医疗技术水平;
