产品模具岗位职责

适配人群	模具设计师，工装技术员，铸造工艺师	使用场景	铸造生产，工装调试，工艺评审
设立背景	公司做铸造模具业务，需要有人专门管模具方案设计和优化。
核心职能	搞模具设计方案，跟客户聊工艺要求，做可行性评审，处理现场问题，降本提效。
工作内容	画模具图、跟客户开会、写调试方案、跑车间解决异常、改方案、算成本。
协作关系	跟客户对接工艺，向技术主管汇报，和工装策划、工艺工程师、车间师傅一起讨论问题，配合生产计划排进度。

工作职责：

1、负责铸造模具方案的设计。

2、负责与客户交流产品工艺要求，完成工装方案可行性评审。

3、工装的调试方案，以及后续的整改方案的组织讨论、分析，参与确定。

4、现场技术服务，负责工装在制作、装配过程中异常问题处理和沟通协调;

5、负责工装产品的降本提效，通过不断优化工装方案，提高模具的生产效率。

发展路径:工装策划——工装技术主管——产品经理

任职要求：

1、模具设计专业，大专以上学历，45岁以下;

2、熟练使用三维软件;

3、有5年以上铸造芯盒的设计经验，或夹具设计方面经验，或铸造工艺三维设计亦可

4、有专利、提质增效、改善等相关经历优先;

5、有团队合作及沟通意识

设立背景	空调产品要更耐用更少出问题，得有人专门管可靠性和失效分析。
核心职能	牵头做可靠性设计改进。做空调产品的可靠性规划和分析。主导设计fmea。当ttm专家窗口。
工作内容	做空调零部件可靠性分析。给产品设计提建议。指导fmea分析。支持研发工程变更。提流程改进建议。
协作关系	跟研发工程师天天打交道。向研发部门负责人汇报。配合测试、质量、项目组一起干活。用英文写邮件开会。

适配人群	电子工程师，传感器工程师，硬件开发工程师	使用场景	汽车研发，传感器量产，样机验证
设立背景	做汽车传感器产品，得按中国和全球汽车工程政策来
核心职能	搞电子设计，搭样品，写文档，做测试，支持量产和客户
工作内容	画电路图，焊板子，调电路，写规格书，跑可靠性测试，做失效分析
协作关系	跟国外团队、研发同事、工厂产线、客户对接。向主管汇报，常一起开会讨论

职责描述：

develop automotive sensor products based on customer requirements following china/global automotive engineering policies， procedures and guidelines; build and test product prototypes; implement correction loop where applicable; write product specifications and test reports with objective of documenting product designs; conduct feasibility study for new sensor products

responsibilities

- electronic design for automotive sensor products development;

- fabricate product samples/prototypes;

- generate engineering documentation， e.g. product specifications， application specifications， test specifications， teaching procedures， dfmea， bom， etc.

- execute or guide functional/performance tests， reliability test， emc tests， etc.

- support product transfer from abroad or research teams;

- perform/coordinate failure analysis;

- support mass production in plants and customers.

qualifications

-bachelor degree with 4 years’ experience or master degree in related areas;

-target majors: electronics， electro-mechanical electronics， automotive， or other equivalent major;

- bilingual: english and mandarin; good in writing， reading and oral communication; cet-4 is necessary， cet-6 is preferred;

-a team player with positive， proactive and professional attitude;

- be studious， and willing to take challenges and work under pressure;

-strong knowledge on electronic circuits， pcba debugging， and electronics handling/testing is a must;

-experience on magnetic hall-based technologies or other sensors is desired;
