核心职能	做产品外观设计，画3d图，盯住样机外观落地，保证好看又卖得动。

协作关系	和结构/电子工程师一起改方案，向设计主管汇报，配合市场部出图，跟生产端对工艺细节。

高级工业设计工程师 responsibilities:

-according to the design requirements， accurately interpret the customer or consumer needs，

carry out product industrial design and independent proposal;

-responsible for drawing design: 3d model drawings， product appearance， etc.;

-corporate with mechanical and electronic design engineers to determine design feasibility and

follow the implementation of the design;

-responsible for tracking the realization and adjustment of product appearance during the

development process to ensure the market acceptance of the final product appearance;

-responsible for company promotional documents， graphic design;

-track and research industrial design (id) and color material finishing (cmf) technology

development trend， generate design suggestions for new product line;

-pre-study the appearance of products with market competitiveness and form product design

database;

achievements:

bachelor degree or above in industrial design， art design and other related majors;

-5 -10 years’ experiences in finished good product design; familiar with appliances as well as

iot product design， development and production process;

-excellent modeling ability to effectively convey design ideas through hand-drawn or use

sketch， 3d models， rendering， and quick models;

-professional knowledge and skills in 2d drawing sw such as adobe photoshop， adobe

illustrator or autodesk sketchbook etc.， can independently complete 3d renderings with

keyshot and 3d modeling with solidworks， rhino or autodesk alias etc.;

-familiar with materials processing technology， processing methods， the structure of the

appliances products， materials， manufacturing processes etc.;

-deep understanding of the brand， can be well reflected it in product design;

-keen insight and innovative in design;

-team player， problem solver.

高级工业师岗位职责：高级工料测量师

适配人群	造价工程师，测量师，合约专员	使用场景	工程预算，分包管理，合同执行
设立背景	公司接了新项目要算钱管钱，得有人专门盯成本和合同。
核心职能	算工程量、做预算结算、管分包商、控成本、跑招投标。
工作内容	填工程款申请表、审分包报价、录合同条款、跑现场核量、做excel成本表。
协作关系	向项目经理汇报，跟施工员核数据，和采购谈分包价，帮财务整理结算资料，和甲方对接付款流程。

职责描述：

(a) 负责工程计量、招投标和工程预算及结算;

(b) 工程款申请、分包商管理、合同管理和成本分析与控制。

二、任职要求

(a) 工程造价、工程管理、土木工程、建筑工程、建筑装饰技术等相关专业;

(b) 大专及以上学历，5年及以上预结算、招投标、合同管理相关工作经验;

(d) 熟悉电脑操作机办公软件(特别是excel和pdf);

(e) 工作主动敬业，卓越的执行能力，良好的承压能力;

(f) 善于沟通，具备良好的团队合作精神和职业操守;

(g) 具测量师行或港资房地产企业工作经验及工地现场经验者优先。

高级工业师岗位职责：高级工艺师

适配人群	高级工艺师，样衣工程师，工艺主管	使用场景	产前封样，大货投产，工艺评估
设立背景	做高端女装大货生产，样衣和大货品质老对不上，得有人专门盯工艺。
核心职能	盯样衣和大货工艺一致，写准工艺单，改工艺问题，保证做工不走样。
工作内容	封样批办、核工艺单、列工艺要点、指导工厂、评估大货问题、提改进法子。
协作关系	跟版师、采购、工厂师傅天天碰，向生产经理汇报，有时要和设计师拉扯版型。

高级工艺师岗位职责

1.确认大货生产工艺品质要求与样衣品质的一致性

对产前封样进行批办，封样物料与采购确认，确保样衣品质(做工要求、原材料品质、工艺要求等)与大货品质要求一致;

2.核对大货生产工艺单

负责确认初样、产前样的样板工艺尺寸，核对工艺单、尺码推挡、版型等，确保大货生产无误;

3.分析大货生产工艺要点

针对样衣产品类型、款式、面辅料特性，在制作开发样及生产工艺单时，明确列出工艺要点;

4.保证大货生产工艺单的准确性与合理性

保证大货版型与工艺的准确性，保证面辅料搭配的科学合理性;

5. 大货制作过程中工艺的确认与改进

参与样衣及制作工艺过程的讨论、确认与改进;在封样和大货生产过程中，对工厂人员进行技术指导，监督品质标准的执行，不断创新和改进工艺水平。

6.评估大货工艺单，并针对问题点提出改善方案;
