essential duties and responsibilities:

responsible for processing gates product management and application database business system for internal sales team， in line with divisional and departmental strategies， objectives and deadlines.

key duties include:

• manages the gates product management and application database include application and competitive / oe(s) interchange data.

• analyses and processes data according to departmental procedures. produces catalogue pages， applications listings and special reports in line with gates or other catalogue releases or on request of departmental or divisional management.

• manage and monitors 3rd party data supplier’s trends and changes and implements necessary to the gates systems.

• build and maintain product data and application data in web catalog system to ensure the latest products application data offering.

• gathering business developing requirements from business function， translate business requirement to developing function. testing new function and feedback the bugs and push the project moving forward until project delivery.

• maintenance business system for sales force， like user profile creating， reporting system maintenance， etc. optimize the business system according business requirements

任职要求:

• bachelor degree in related it， automotive experience is preferred

• it background is preferred

• 3 years of related experience or working as a business system specialist is preferred which not limited to catalog or online store or erp or other related business system

• excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of auto parts product and markets is preferred.

• project management skills are necessary.

• database reporting system knowledge is necessary

• analytical skills is must ， excellent for sql server /access/excel tools

• fluent english both in oral and written

• excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

• sense of urgency and strong self-motivation
