工作内容	回海外分部rfq、年年谈降价、推改模降本、录系统数据、更新数据库、跑市场信息、管ppap时间线、处理交货问题。
协作关系	跟海外分部和国内工厂对接数据；向采购总监汇报；配合sqe解决质量问题；跟供应商天天打交道谈条件。

战略采购经理(机械类) position overview

responsible for quote， negotiation， program management and supplier development. analyzes quotations received and deals with all day-to-day transactions according to defined guidelines. develops and implements supply base strategy for groups in assigned commodities.

duties and responsibilities

1)rfq study

- routine rfq of components from oversea divisions， provide competitive price to divisions. negotiation with suppliers for reasonable cost. recommend appropriate supplier align with the commodity strategy.

2)annual cost reduction negotiation to achieve commodity target.

3)automotive and improvement programs with suppliers and re-design to cost / cost reduction programs or resource achieve cost saving activity.

4)data maintenance

- ensure in time implementation of correct data in the respective systems and be responsible for data maintenance and target achievement in the respective systems.

- coordinate with divisions and domestic plant ensure database information update timely.

- provide correct information support teamwork complete commodity report.

5) market study ;chieve best market conditions

- ensure proper information exchange to/from suppliers in case of change requests negotiate changes with suppliers.

- ensure fulfillment of requirements with business binding and be actively influence the sourcing process during development phase.

- develop supplier according program and sourcing strategy base.

6) program management

- manage program timeline from p.o release to ppap approval.

- manage supplier delivery and commercial problem resolve timely.

- support sqe team for quality issue resolution.

- management magna tooling property and maitain tooling database.

qualification

1. university degree in engineering with 3-5 years working background at least

2. prefer the cover stock field or process experience.

3. molding or tooling workshop experience .

4. good exerience on program management and supplier management / communication.

5. familiar with engineering polymer market and automotive resin selection procedure

6. fluent in chinese english communication and written skill.

7. ppap level 3， gdt， program management basic knowledge.

8. willing to travelling in domestic and oversea independently.

机械类采购岗位职责：机械类教师

适配人群	机电系统工程师，机器人结构设计师，自动化研发工程师	使用场景	智能装备研发，工业机器人集成，机电一体化项目
设立背景	学校要开新专业课，得有人来教机电和机器人这些课。
核心职能	教学生做机械设计、搞机器人结构、学电机拖动这些实操课。
工作内容	备课写教案、带学生做3d打印实验、讲液压传动课、批改仿真作业。
协作关系	跟教研室主任对接排课，和实验室老师一起管设备，帮学生改毕业设计，配合教务处填教学表格。

1、机械设计制造及其自动化、控制工程，自动化，电气工程、机器人工程或相关专业研究生及以上学历;

2、应聘专业相关课程:《电机与拖动》、《液压传动与控制》、《机电系统模拟仿真技术》、《机器人机械基础》、《机电一体化系统设计》、《3d成型设计及打印》等;

工作内容	写申请书，改答复稿，做侵权判断，跑检索系统。
协作关系	跟研发工程师聊技术，向法务经理汇报，配合ip主管定策略，有时帮市场部查竞品专利。
