适配人群	特效模拟师，毛发解算师，布料动力学师	使用场景	影视特效制作，角色动态模拟，视效镜头生产
设立背景	公司做动画电影，角色毛发和布料动起来太重要了，得有人专门搞这个。
核心职能	让头发、衣服、皮毛动得自然。调参数、跑解算、修bug。不能假，也不能卡。
工作内容	摆毛发造型，设动力学，跑ncloth和yeti，做volume肌肉模拟，检查每帧效果。
协作关系	听视效总监安排，跟绑定师要骨骼，跟动画师对动作，和灯光师聊渲染，偶尔帮模型师调贴图。

职责描述：

1、负责塑造角色毛发造型，对衣料/挂件/皮肤/头发/毛发进行动力学设置，并按照视效总监要求，进行镜头中相关动力学解算;

2、善于观察角色细微处，了解物理特性的基础上进行艺术修饰;

3、设置并解算角色衣料/挂件/头发/皮毛;

4、对主角的身体进行volume肌肉模拟;

5、能独立解决问题，擅长优化制作步骤;

6、积极学习与分享，调动团队共进;

任职要求：

1、2年以上cg特效模拟工作经验;

2、熟练应用maya ncloth/qualoth/marvelous designer或其他布料模拟插件;

3、掌握maya nhair/yeti/xgen;

4、有mudbox/mari绘制贴图应用经验，理解arnold在毛发上的渲染应用;

5、基础modeling、rigging、animation、efx、shading知识。

加分项:

6、mel/python 工具撰写经验;

适配人群	ERP实施顾问，云系统顾问，业务蓝图设计师	使用场景	ERP实施，系统上线，需求调研
设立背景	公司接了金蝶cloud项目，得有人把系统装好用起来。
核心职能	把软件装进客户公司，让客户会用、能用、用得顺。要跑现场、聊需求、做培训、写手册、盯上线。
工作内容	跑客户现场做调研，整理需求文档，画业务蓝图，教关键用户操作，写操作手册，做功能测试，上线时手把手带客户用系统。
协作关系	跟项目经理汇报，和客户it、财务、业务人员天天打交道，和产品同事对功能，和开发同事提问题，和测试同事一起跑流程。

1、熟悉金蝶cloud各业务模块，三年以上完整cloud项目实施经验

2、熟悉业务调研、蓝图规划、用户培训、系统实现等操作流程

3、有一定的sql、计算机网络及软件基础

4、英语口语能力较好

具体职责：

1、负责金蝶cloud各模块的实施交付

2、根据项目合同及任务要求进行需求调研，与用户沟通并归纳用户需求

4、负责培训客户方的关键用户

5、负责系统功能测试及用户操作手册编写工作

适配人群	Oracle技术支持工程师，日英双语IT工程师，云服务售后专家	使用场景	客户售后支持，软件故障排查，Oracle产品运维
设立背景	公司卖软件硬件后要有人帮客户解决问题，不然客户会生气跑掉。
核心职能	接客户电话邮件，修软件硬件毛病，当客户和技术团队之间的传话筒。
工作内容	查linux系统、写java/plsql代码、用oracle诊断工具、读英文技术文档、和日本客户讲日语。
协作关系	向技术支持主管汇报，和开发工程师、销售同事、日本客服一起干活，有时带新人做项目。

as a member of the support organization， your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.this involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means， as well as， technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our electronic support services.a primary point of contact for customers， you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with support and providing advice and assistance to internal oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
