职责描述：

--warehouse: responsible for material storage and parts delivery to production

2.work cross functionally to improve safety， productivity， quality， delivery and efficiency of production;

3.provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals;

sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities;

4.coaches and mentors team members;

5.identifies training needs; develops and implements training plans;
