适配人群	数控工程师，工业自动化销售，经销商经理	使用场景	市场调研，渠道协同，客户拜访
设立背景	西门子数控产品在华南市场需要有人盯本地情况，帮经销商干活，让销售更顺。
核心职能	看懂本地市场、拉近和经销商关系、协调内部各部门、联动北京支持团队。
工作内容	分析本地市场写报告、陪销售和技术同事跑经销商和客户、和产品/服务/用户支持开会对接。
协作关系	向广州销售负责人汇报；常和北京经销商支持团队、区域销售、产品管理、技术服务、用户支持一起做事；线上线下开会多，邮件同步勤。

1. provide technical support to customers including installing， testing and maintaining products; and trouble shoot， investigate and resolve technical problems that arise during start-up; uninstalling and decontaminating instruments， monitoring expenses and local spare parts usage. 及时有效的安装，保养所在区域的仪器，跟踪和解决仪器的技术问题。仪器的拆卸与消毒，控制维修成本和管理当地零配件库。
