职责描述：
reporting to the project manager in sourcing strategy department， and assist sap， bobj system daily support， training and clarifying new enhancement requirement or change request in the aldo far east office，
key responsibilities
support – work closely with business， vendor services and the factories to identify issues related with sap and its integrated systems， performing day-to-day troubleshooting and supporting. coordinate with ho it and pom teams to implement fix on the system or data.
training – participate or lead sap end user training and vendor training. prepare and develop detailed translated training material and quick user guide. liaise with various business teams to facilitate designing and implementation of new or improved business processes.
reporting – familiar or have experience with bobj reporting， support to identify data issues with existing bi report and templates. collect， analyze and evaluate business requirements and be able to develop new bi reports or document the requirements and communicate with bi team to implement within pre-aligned timeline.
process automation: identify opportunities of process automation and be able to design process map and prototype and propose to project teams solutions， develop tools and methodologies to improve sourcing initiatives， efficiency and accuracy
data and system analysis – assist project manager and business teams for ad-hoc data and system analysis
job requirements
must have experience with sap supporting， preferred knowledge with bobj
preferred good knowledge with sap sd/mm and flexplm
preferred experience with system supporting and training
advanced excel skills， preferred knowledge with vba and programming
fluent english and chinese written and spoken proficiency
