职位描述：
roles responsibilities
- work as a subject expert or fieldwork in-charge to deliver consulting assignments to client on-schedule and with high quality
- coach junior team members and provide advice on procedures / work methods
- plan， monitor， supervise the work and perform the initial review of deliverables
- assist manager or above to identify and transform risk management， internal control， and internal audit related opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
requirements
- bachelor degree or above in computer science， information management， mathematics， statistics or equivalent disciplines
- 3~7 years working experience in data analytics， business intelligence， it consulting， it delivery or related topics
- strong sql， vba or java programming skills and experience
- familiar with data visualization tools such as tableau or power bi
- knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies such as big data， block chain， internet of things， fintech， artificial intelligence， etc
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- excellent team player and willingness to work under pressure
- work efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes
- good project management skills
- mature， proactive and committed
- willing to travel
客户要咨询项目按时做完，质量得高，得有人盯全程。
数据咨询顾问或现场负责人。
带项目、带新人、审交付物、帮上级找风控和审计的解决办法。
写sql查数据、做可视化图表、改vba或java代码、写报告初稿、开项目会。
向项目经理或总监汇报，和it同事一起跑数据，教新人干活，跟客户对需求，和设计师配图表。
2024年6月起用，hr和部门主管一起管，业务变了就调。
