任职要求:
1、机械或电子类相关专业,全日制本科及以上学历
2、汽车电子与零部件5年以上设计经验
3、在国际、国内主流汽车电子与零部件厂商从事设计或工程化技术工作

职责描述:
1. 与多部门以及团队协作开发下一代传感器以应用于消费, 工业, 以及汽车市场;
2. 建立传感器物理模型,基于仿真建模软件对传感器进行电,磁,热,机械特性仿真;
3. 使用版图工具辅助传感器版图设计;
4. 与电路设计团队合作,定义并优化产品性能;
5. 设计传感器评估实验;
6. 与测试部门合作评估传感器。
任职要求:
1. 磁学、物理学相关专业,硕士,博士学历;
2. 有磁性材料知识。
3. 英语熟练(cet-6)。

1. provide high reliability and stability design solutions, specifications and test
plans according to system requirements and voice of customer
2. responsible for pressure and/or mass flow sensor product design, integrity
analysis/troubleshooting, function and performance validation.
3. be able to generate design concepts that meet product requirements,
design/select and approve new components, build, test and analyze prototypes
and create design documentation including, engineering specification, assembly,
parts and device prints.
4. be able to lead and coordinate a design team of peer engineers; works with
both internal external partners.
5. support robust manufacture process creation and help to optimize existing
processes.
6. support production team to maintain production line and help to solve design
technical issues for existing products.
7. thoroughly characterize new products and processes so that they transfer
seamlessly and cost effectively into production with high yields.
8. document designs in accordance with the new product development and
introduction (npi) processes
9. work with process, manufacturing, production, and test engineers during the
entire development cycle to deliver a quality and cost effective new product.
10. keep in touch with the supplier to achieve the latest technical information,
applying to product designs.
11. understand the customer needs, directed by the sales and marketing.
1 education: b.s. mechanical engineering degree or above
2 5 years experience in mechanical/electrical designgood working knowledge
of materials, appropriate technologies and associated production processes.
good understanding of plastics and molding technology;
3 familiarity with part production methods (molding, stamping, die casting etc.),
as well as a knowledge of assembly methods
4 technical skill and knowledge and application of problem solving and quality
tools like dfmea and six sigma
