任职资格：

1、数学、信息、计算机等相关专业，本科及以上学历;

2、三年以上汽车行业工作经验;

3、逻辑性强、思维敏捷、做事情注意力集中;

4、能熟练使用计算机以及办公软件;

5、熟知bom表结构和内容，对其变化点具有一定的职业敏感度;

6、熟练操作access数据库，有操作过sap系统等者优先;

7、有良好的协调、沟通能力，能吃苦，有奉献精神;

8、有责任心、良好的职业道德及团队合作精神。

适配人群	境外代表处员工，国际发卡经理，跨境支付产品岗	使用场景	境外市场拓展，发卡项目谈判，卡片表现跟踪
设立背景	银联国际要拓展境外市场，得有人管发卡这事，不然分公司自己瞎搞。
核心职能	管境外银联卡从规划到落地全过程，盯卡片表现，帮分公司定发卡计划。
工作内容	帮分公司写发卡方案，陪谈项目，跟踪卡片用得好不好，拉群分享各地经验。
协作关系	跟境外代表处销售团队天天聊，向市场拓展部领导汇报，和产品、风控同事一起碰方案，邮件会议配合。

外卡生命周期管理岗银联国际银联国际有限公司岗位概述:

银联国际市场拓展部作为总部对口境外代表处销售团队的部门，负责总部各部门与境外代表处销售团队的联络协调工作，支持境外分支机构业务拓展。该岗位主要负责境外发卡规划及项目的统筹，为分公司提供市场支持。

职责描述：

1、根据公司战略，协助境外分公司制定本地发卡业务规划;

2、支持境外分公司进行发卡项目谈判并推动项目执行;

任职要求：

设立背景	公司用agile plm管产品数据，得有人盯着系统跑顺。
核心职能	管好系统权限、数据分类、bom变更指导、报表分析、培训支持。
工作内容	处理用户问题、发通知、调权限、配后台、查数据、写报告、教新人、盯bom改法。
协作关系	和工程师、研发、工艺、it同事常碰面；向it主管汇报；帮用户用系统，听他们反馈再优化。

4、 to use ms office for reporting， analyzing and preparing training materials

5、 knowledge of product data management( like product bom， engineering document， production technical document and so on)， familiar with erp， plm and other data management systems and related database management software

6、 ability to map processes (development process， business process)

7、 good english reading and writing.

8、 good communication， listening and interpersonal skills.

9、 good coordination， analytical and coaching skills.
